Jeff Anderson is a seasoned behavioral health consultant, published author, and the Owner & CEO of California Treatment Consultants. With nearly two decades of experience across all levels of substance use treatment and leadership, Jeff specializes in regulatory compliance, program development, and AI integration for behavioral health systems. A former CARF accreditation surveyor, he brings both clinical depth and operational insight to every engagement. He is also the author of The Physical Power of Language, a compelling exploration of how language shapes recovery, leadership, and change.

Terri brings 13+ years of expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in administration, state licensing, regulatory surveys, and human resources within California. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in helping healthcare organizations stay compliant, efficient, and focused on people. Terri has worked hand in hand with state and federal agencies to make sure that facilities adhere to licensing standards and perform well during regulatory surveys and audits. Additionally, she has taken charge of vital administrative operations—refining internal processes, boosting organizational efficiency, and guiding teams through complex regulatory frameworks. Her expertise in human resources includes overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws, which helps create healthier and more supportive workplaces.
